Amazon has announced a major expansion with 11 new sites to be opened by the end of 2020 bringing 3,000 full and part-time jobs to the Phoenix metro areas! The locations include Avondale, Chandler, Goodyear, Mesa, Phoenix & Tempe. The AZ Central is reporting that over 1,000 of the jobs will be at the new high-tech robotics location near Bullard Avenue and Yuma Road in Goodyear, AZ.
Real estate in these areas should continue to rise in popularity near each of the new sites as hiring begins. As of August 20, 2020, The Cromford Report is showing a Monthly Average Sales Price for Single Family Detached Homes of $283,170 in Avondale, $453,843 in Chandler, $377,833 in Mesa, $414,431 in Phoenix, $406,588 in Tempe and $355,019 in Goodyear.
