Shea Homes has announced the purchase of approximately 25 acres near Desert Ridge for their new home community Talinn at Desert Ridge. This parcel is located at 56th street and Deer Valley Road and will provide an outstanding location for new homeowners. Construction of the model homes will begin in the second half of 2020 and will include a community park. The first phase of Talinn at Desert Ridge will include over 80 home sites with a second phase planned for later in 2020.
